The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Group

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a diverse cast of characters, and a thrilling plot including angels, fiends, and malevolent powers increasing in influence within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Key plot points for Episode 3 of this adventure follow below.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

Episode 3 ended with a huge suspense moment and revealed the first table of characters who will branch out from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, apart from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table includes Teor (played by Travis), the nimble rogue (Laura Bailey), the strong-willed figure (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and the mysterious adventurer (Robbie).

Dividing the Cast

Given an extensive roster, it was clear from the beginning that keeping everyone at the same party would be impossible.

That’s why, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, intertwining the characters’ stories before splitting into three distinct groups: Fighters, Strategists, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

Per the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for participants who are drawn to a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven story mode where non-violent answers are rare.

Upon first impression, characters like the reluctant priest the cleric might appear out of place, but the developments of the latest installment demonstrate why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the group knows exactly where to go next after a brutal initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of Thjazi—whose death kicked off the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his personal gain, entering the secret base, attacking the character, and taking all the enchanted items to auction.

Casimir then cleared his debts and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a personal reason to depart the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as the companion and best friend, desires vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows the northern area and cautions that it is a nasty place.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having resisted his house’s orders to kill the fighter and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their position as prominent individuals in the influential clan could help the team access locations they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, Teor pledged a unbreakable promise to The savior for his rescue and will now follow him everywhere.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are hunted by the powers that control the city for a range of causes, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • The agile adventurer and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and The healer turned against the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the family.

This results in them little choice but to travel to the northern region in quest for the traitor.

Future Episodes

From the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the remaining eight players to form the Seekers and Planners parties.

Audiences can look forward to finding out which adventurers will be where in the season’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on October 24.
